Dobromiła Błaszczyk is a Founder and Director of Contemporary Lynx, an Editor-in-Chief of Contemporary Lynx Magazine and a President of Contemporary Lynx Foundation.
Holds a Master of Arts degree in History of Art from Jagiellonian University in Cracow (2010). Curator and author of texts about art. She worked at Starmach Gallery (2009-2016), where she organised and coordinated exhibitions, art fairs and projects working closely with art institutions and collectors. Previously she worked among others with Galerie Parrotta Contemporary Art in Stuttgart, lokal_30 in Warsaw, The Opole Contemporary Art Gallery, Krakow Photomonth Festival, Art Agenda NOVA and East of Art Foundation (2007–2008). She was involved in organising the 7th Edition of Biennale Jeunne Création Européenne in Montrouge (France). The curator of the 1st Edition of Art Boom Festival in Cracow. Guest lecturer at The Institute of Art History at Jagiellonian University, The Art and Antiques Market at The Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, Lazarski University in Warsaw (How to Build a Brand, Innovation Architect. More than a Brand); Calvert 22 Gallery in London, “Bunkier Sztuki” Gallery of Contemporary Art in Kraków, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. She is a regular contributor of several solo catalogues of contemporary and modern artists. Her articles have been pubished in Contemporary Lynx Magazine, EXIT, Format, Artpunkt, Nowa Dekada Krakowska, Dekada Literacka, ArtPapier.
